DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Avaderm Orders are typically dispatched the next business day following the placement of the order (orders placed before 12.00pm AEDT/AEST may be eligible for same day dispatch). Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 Business Days* (Standard/Heavy Item Delivery) or 1-3 Business Days* (Express Delivery available via the AVADERM HCP Portal). However, dispatch and shipping delays may occur, for which the Company is not responsible. Additionally, if items are out of stock, these items will be placed on back-orders and Customers are view the expected arrival date under the product details.

*Any timeframes quoted by us for delivery of the Goods are estimates only. We will not be liable for any loss or damages arising in connection with or out of delay in the delivery of the Products.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Products to your nominated shipping address. Title and risk in the Products will pass to you upon delivery of Products to your nominated address.

Please take care when placing your Order. We accept no liability or responsibility for incorrectly placed Orders, nor do we accept liability or responsibility for delivery details which are incorrectly supplied, or which you fail to supply.

To the extent permitted by law, we may at any time prior to the delivery of Products cancel any Orders placed by you (even if previously accepted by us) for any reason, in whole or in part, including if any payment made by you is subsequently cancelled or dishonoured or if we do not have the Products in stock. If we cancel an Order in such circumstances, then any payment already made in respect of that part of the Order which has been cancelled will be refunded to you.

Upon receipt of the Products, you must notify Avaderm within 12 hours of receipt of any discrepancies, errors or damage to the Products (as verified by your inspection of the Products and the relevant Product labelling, documentation and batch information). If no notice is received by Avaderm in this time period, then the delivery of the Order will be deemed to be correct and complete.
